REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At CodeBridge Academy, we aim to ensure a smooth, transparent, and fair experience for all learners.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which you may request a refund or cancel enrollment in any of our courses or services.

  1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • The course has been cancelled or postponed by CodeBridge Academy.
  • Duplicate payment or transaction error occurred during online payment.
  • Student withdraws within the initial grace period (if applicable, as defined per program).

Once a student has accessed course materials, attended classes, or participated in orientation, refund eligibility is limited.

  1. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind, personal circumstances, or schedule conflicts.
  • Failure to attend classes or complete coursework.
  • Partial completion of the course or opting out after batch commencement.
  • Course transfer or substitution requests made after access to study material.
  • For Study Abroad services, once the application or documentation process begins.
  1. Course Cancellation by Academy

If CodeBridge Academy cancels or discontinues a course due to unforeseen reasons:

  • Students may opt for a full refund or transfer to another batch/program of equivalent value.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from cancellation notice.
  1. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send a written email to support@codebridgeacademy.in within the applicable period.
  2. Mention your full name, contact number, enrollment ID, payment receipt, and reason for refund.
  3. The accounts team will verify your request and respond within 5 working days.
  4. Approved refunds will be credited through the original payment mode only.
  1. Payment Gateway & Transaction Fees

All refunds are subject to deduction of transaction charges, taxes, or gateway processing fees, as applied by the payment provider.

  1. Installment / EMI Payments

For students paying in installments or via EMI:

  • Refunds apply only to the amount paid before course commencement, minus administrative charges.
  • No refund will be processed once the EMI plan has been activated or partially completed.
  1. Study Abroad Services

For Study Abroad assistance, the following applies:

  • Application, documentation, and processing fees are non-refundable once services have commenced.
  • In case of visa rejection, refund eligibility depends on partner university or embassy policies.
  1. Corporate & Institutional Training

For corporate training or bulk enrollments, refund and cancellation terms are governed by the custom agreement signed with the organization.

  1. Transfer Policy

If you wish to switch to another course or batch before the start date:

  • A one-time transfer fee may apply.
  • Transfers are subject to seat availability and management approval.
  1. Dispute Resolution

Any refund-related dispute shall first be addressed by our student support team.
If unresolved, the matter will be referred to the Sattenapalle jurisdiction in accordance with Indian law.
